What is IPL treatment?
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments are a
non-invasive medical technology which uses
light therapy in the treatment of the following:-

With our modern state of the art machine there
is minimal discomfort. Other treatments such
as waxing are 3 to 4 times as painful. With IPL
all you may feel is a slight pinch or heating

Our machine cools the treating head down to a
chilly -4 degrees Celsius. This acts as a coolant
to the skin, minimising any potential discomfort.

You may experience some short-term effects of
your IPL treatment. This may include slight reddening
of the skin or localised swelling which will
go within a few hours. You will be given post-treatment
restrictions or down-time after an IPL treatment?
You can return to work after your IPL treatment
and resume regular activities. Treated areas
must be kept protected from the sun for six weeks

For treatments targeting permanent hair reduction
an average of 6 to 8 treatments are usually required
- however some people may need more, whilst others
may need less. This also applies to other treatments
as well. Rejuvenation on average requires 3 to
5 sessions. Pigmentation and sun spot reduction
average 4 to 6 visits. Capillary and vein reduction
require up to 5 treatments.
